Terrible Service - Unprofessional

Made an appointment with a specific stylist only to arrive and be told that the stylist is off. <br> <br> When I asked if I should re-schedule the \supervisor\" told me that the other stylist is just as good as they are all trained. The stylist then washed my hair and left me at the basin for 10 minutes to attend to another client - I asked her if she should leave the treatment on so long - she said I will wash it off now. The \"supervisor\" then came and rinsed my hair and dried it (she's not the trained stylist who was supposed to be doing my hair) then another girl came in and also started working on my hair (I was having a treatment) she basically knocked my head and pulled my hair out of my scalp to the point I was getting a headache. <br> <br> I then called the owner/manager and explained to her what happened and that I am not happy - she said if I saw the stylist I had asked for was not there I should have rescheduled - really? seriously? it's my job to reschedule appointments and when I told her I wanted a discount for the bad service and I said to her I am going to write a review on Hello Peter - she slammed the phone down in my ear.<br> <br> What a disgusting place to deal with!"
