I have made an online booking in July for the 8 of September 2023 and canceled my booking on the 31 July 2023 which was free cancelation and it will be refunded within 14 days. After 14 days I called them on 26 August 2023 concerning my refund the phone was answered by the lady called Anna and she took my number and promised to call me back me back she never did that's. I called again after 7bdays she promised the owner will call me nothing happed again. I called after 2 days call was answered by Bongi and told she is new I should call the following day. I call them again they didn't answer my calls. Please help to get my refund. My name is Zukile Innocent Myolwa my number is ***. This is bad customer service experience I have received from them.
