SUNFLOWER FASHIONS INFERIOR PRODUCTS, BAD SERVICE

I purchased items in bulk, some for resale and business use from Sunflower Fashions. Every item I bought broke from time of use by my customers and myself. When I informed the sales admin lady via email that I cannot use a clothes rail I bought from them (price R450!) because it was broken when I unpacked it, she told me to return it and take something for the same value - no refunds. When I went to replace my broken items, I was most upset when Mrs Willenberg, the owner changed her mind and told the sales lady not to swap the broken item. she told the staff to tell me that from that day \ company policy"prohibits them from accepting return of broken clothes rails ( I need to mention that there was another broken clothes rail stuffed in a corner in the office) Mr Willenberg (the husband) then tried to convince me that I assembled the rail incorrectly and caused it to break. Mrs Willenberg then called him into another room and we never saw Mr Willenberg again. I asked the staff to let Mrs Willenberg know I would like to speak to her and that I am very unhappy about the service. She never came out to speak to me.They sell the worst **** ever and their service is pathetic! Stay away"""
