Unprofessional business ethics.

I paid with zapper at this establishment and gave all the the ratings 5 except service. The owner confronted me in a very disrespectful manner saying why I gave him a 1 star rating for service and said his service is bad. Then he goes on to tell me how he had to fire a bar tender for drinking on the job and that he didn't have staff behind the bar to help as if I knew what went on in his business. I told him the service wasn't necessarily bad it just took long for our things to arrive because it took over an hour for 2 burgers to be made when it was quiet. It took 15 minutes to get 6 shots from them and multiple patrons said it took forever for their stuff to arrive so I gave it a 1 star rating as well as R20 tip which wasn't deserved or necessary and he still treated me like **** for giving his place a 1 star rating, he stormed off offended and said nothing else. No owner should ever take on a customer with such a loathing attitude. I felt terrible after he confronted me and I was only giving feedbacl.
