Pathetically disappointing
Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our experience at Sundown Country Estate was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised. Firstly, the pictures on Booking.com are misleading and do not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. What we found upon arrival was very different from what we expected based on the listing. There were also several instances of bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were dusty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was that none of the advertised amenities we attempted to use were functional. These amenities were part of the reason we chose this property in the first place, so finding them unavailable or not working was extremely frustrating. Overall, the property fell far below the standard presented on Booking.com. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Sundown Country Estate, and I believe the listing should be updated to accurately reflect what guests can actually expect.

Extreme disappointed with Sundown County eastate in northwest
I had a weekend away this past weekend and my experience was horrible, everything that is on the pictures online and booking. Com are propaganda, the prices of activities change when you get there eg quad biking) I asked them your receptionist is the one who told me this prices and it was in writing but still they said management and I spoke to a new stuff, there are no facilities on the Charlets to use eg mop, kitchen cloth, some air conditions are not functional, in all this what's really ****ing me off is the lies we literally ask the price for quad bike a day before n it changes in a day and the still come up with stories even after we showed them what was said in black and white
