Pregnant fiance

My fiance is pregnant and went to Sundown clinic on the 17th of September 2025 in sandton and was told she needs to go to edenvale hospital on the 14th October 2025 when she asked does she need a referral letter she was told no, when we called edenvale hospital they say they need one we cannot just walk in, this is highly disappointing as this is our first child I would like someone to call me ASAP
