Horrible service

Took my daughter there for an ear infection and vaccination since she's turned 5,the nurse told me to buy something at the pharmacy okay and referred me to another sister who deals with kids for vaccination, she was not in her office waited for her when she finally came she told she'll give another date to come because today she's not doing it, I lost it even the way she talks to me was like I'm nothing undermined, not to mention that even a 5 years old who's sick must be tested for hiv I don't maybe they're trying to push a target I felt it was unnecessary.
