Clinic from Hell

I am truly disappointed with the nurses who deal with pregnant women at sundown clinic. I don't know if they are just Xenophobic or just horrible people. They seem to be Prophets of doom without evidence. How does a well-trained nurse paint a picture of a mother and baby dying to a father . How do you ask a mother if they have felt their baby move and when the answer is yes then you tell them that you doubt that. 2nd time around my sister comes back horrified by the review from the nurses. They seem to be working hard to get her blood pressure high every time she visits. I understand their job is delivering results in the true reflection however delivery of such is important. you can't just blurt out that a baby may not be alive, every time those nurses give a bad review, we rush for 2nd opinion and it's usually positive. So why are they doing that? Sundown doesn't even have an email for the complaint I bet if they did they will be flooded with unsatisfied client's.

So I think these nurses should be trained on how to deliver their report, or rather say nothing horrifying to mothers without 100% confirmation, refer them to doctors do the delivery of any news. because the way I see it they will send the mother to early labour due to stress. Besides the horrible one on one encounters you get there early and you are made to wait hours before you get assisted.
