Work not done

I have contact Sundero Pools to repair my pool what they did. The light is still not working. I have contacted them they don't commit and full of excuses. The electrician that did the connection very sloppy work. I don't even want to know what will happen if there is a major problem with the pool. I have contacted him tonight about four times sms twice and I have also mailed him. My mistake I have paid them in full.
