This "estate agent" is ready to sell but nothing after signing a offer to purchase. Never disclosed the problems on the premises. She stalled the transaction to her liking. Now with the cancellation she takes even more time out of my life. Stay far away from Lydia. She is helpfull at the start but not when the transaction is in progress.
