Sunday Tribune Free Magazine AD - Not Working

Refe to AD in Sunday Tribune 10Jun18..."Subscribe to Sunday Tribune....and we will throw in a free magazine. I am a Subscriber, receive the paper, BUT NOT THE PROMISED MAGAZINE even after phoning in to advise the status. Therefore I do not believe the Sunday Tribune AD.
