SUNDARI SA ONLINE STORE

Hi ladies, If anyone of you are thinking of purchasing anything from the above mentioned online store- DONT!

I ordered and paid for an order 16Nov'17. Got a confirmation emailed stating that its been received etc.

22nov i received another email stating its been send with a tracking number.

Since the 23rd ive bern trying to track my parcel with no success as they keep telling me theres no such waybill number.

Tried going on Sundari's website... Guess what.. Its suspended?

Email address they provided..NO ONE even bothers to reply!!

Instagram.. No one replies and your comments gets deleted!!

Almost two weeks and im still getting no answers at all??

I had to go as far as contacting a legal representetive to contact the couriers to get their details so we can actually try and find out whats going on.

Got hold of them.. Full of excuses.. No apologies..or anything! She only offered to do a refund after she was told a ***** case will be open as the info provided was false.

I cant even tell you how many ladies also posted on their insta asking where are their parcels.. Why is their website down...why is the tracking nr not working (because they didnt even send the goods)

Do yourself a favour and swipe away! You'll end up like myself stressing over a package that hasnt even bern send yet!
