Lack of communication, no delivery

I placed an order for a choker set (for my daughter) on Sundari's website on August 23, 2017 and they have a 2-5 day delivery policy. It's August 31, 2017 and to date, I have received no tracking number to track my parcel. When I contacted them via their site and email I was told to be patient, and read their section on frequently asked questions. My daughter commented on their Instagram post, they asked her to send the order number. This morning the comments were deleted. Other online stores communicate and inform the customer when a package has been packed or something of the sort, but not SUNDARI! Very disappointed!
