Disappointing Product Experience and Concerns About the Review/Refund System I purchased the Sunday Cosmetics Brightening Care Routine because I was specifically looking for a product to help with hyper***mentation. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After using the products, I experienced irritation and a burning sensation on my skin. The body oil was particularly problematic. The burning became so uncomfortable that I had to sit under an air conditioner to cool my skin and reduce the burning, even though it was a cold day. I eventually stopped using the oil. I contacted Sunday Cosmetics to report the reaction, but I was told that there was nothing they could do. I explained the burning sensation again, but I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I continued using the body lotion and scrub. Unfortunately, the scrub is also disappointing. It is extremely sticky and does not feel like a proper exfoliating scrub. It feels more like applying lotion to the body with a few sugar granules in it. I don’t get the exfoliating effect I expected. The body butter is the only product I genuinely like. It is a good moisturiser and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised. However, I am using it purely as a moisturiser because I have not seen any noticeable brightening or hyper***mentation results. I have been using the products for approximately four weeks and have seen no noticeable improvement whatsoever — not even a slight change. I am also concerned about the company’s policy regarding refunds and positive results. My understanding is that customers can receive a refund if they provide evidence showing that the product has worked for them. This raises concerns for me about how much confidence consumers should place in the before-and-after reviews being used to promote these products. If customers have a financial incentive to submit successful results, I believe consumers deserve transparency about this when relying on those reviews to make purchasing decisions. I am not claiming that every review is ****, because I cannot personally verify that. However, after my own experience, I am questioning the reliability of the results being advertised and whether the reviews provide a complete picture of customers’ experiences. I spent my money expecting a product that would help with my hyper***mentation. Instead, I experienced burning/irritation, stopped using one of the products, found the scrub ineffective for my needs, and after approximately four weeks have seen no improvement. I would urge potential customers to do thorough research and consider the experiences of customers who have not achieved the advertised results before purchasing the full routine. I am extremely disappointed with both the products and the way my complaint was handled. I believe customers deserve better transparency, proper support when adverse reactions are reported, and a fair resolution when a product does not meet expectations.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My delivery was scheduled for between 4:30 and 5:00pm. Earlier in the day, I called to confirm that the order should be delivered to my office and asked whether it could possibly arrive a bit earlier, as I finish work at 4:00pm. I was told they would inform the driver. By 3:30pm, I had heard nothing, so I called again. After being put on hold for a long time, I was told the driver was running late but would still arrive between 4:30 and 5:00pm. It is now 5:30pm, I am still sitting at my office waiting, and there has been no delivery. What’s worse is that when I tried calling again, the company phone line was repeatedly switched off — the call either cut off or I was told no one was available to answer. This has been unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional service. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company based on this experience.
