Disappointed

Disappointed is an understatement wish I can have a better word for my experience. Forgot my phone at the hotel, excited when they confirmed they found it which I explained will get it back on my next visit to durban. Not me confidently going to just collect my phone and was sent from pillar to post, still today I haven't got any feedback. Again my phone was confirmed it was written in the lost property book, Hlengiwe the house keeping manager promised my phone was moved to the casino where they keep lost property that has stayed long am still questioning if my phone is really there
