Unfairness
<p>Impossible to gamble R32000 in 3 days without winning. I am playing full bets and NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING. This is unacceptable. The machines pay very small payouts on small bets, but I don't want to sit on the uncomfortable chairs for 24 hours to win R300 not if I have R32000 to gamble. We are staying in the hotel which is very nice, but unfortunately this place will never see me ever again. I know gambling is a gamble, but really R32000???????????? It's a *******.</p>

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your experience at Suncoast. I see that you raised a concern that you feel our Slot machines don't pay out. I can assure you that this is not the case and that all our machines are subject to rigorous testing by the independent gaming laboratories, SABS and the Provincial Gambling Boards. In addition to that, we have strict checks and balances in place to prevent the machines from being tampered with in any way.
In the last 24 hours alone we have paid out over R4 million in Slots payouts to our guests.
