Good day, I just wanted to let you know that we come to your casino at least twice a week and to win there is getting harder each time we come there not sure why but it is. We spend about 40 000 in the last month there and we not winning anything. My question today is why is it always the same people winning at your casino and the people in the Prive room that walks around only greets and talks to the people that win we that play there all the time just gets walked passed not even greeted. There is always a white lady with blonde hair on duty when we come there not even hello. How is our money different than anyone else money. How can you spend so much money and not even win a single cent. Please can someone tell me what is the tick and winning a big jackpot at your casino as I have been trying to win ONE big jackpot in the last 14 years coming to your casino and I have never won one nor have I won any of draws/promotions that I enter. I enter each time but never win anything for the last 14 years how is that possible. It is not always about luck there it is always the same people that win at your casino.
