Terrible service from Management!
<p>I purchased a real deal voucher for my wife and I to use at Suncoast and my wife had to be rushed to hospital recently. My wife is still in hospital and I cannot go for supper due to this. I spoke to Kathy who claims to be a manager who have no customer experience whatsoever and then I speak to Rashen Naidoo who claims to be a senior manager and he was very unhelpful and I even told him I can submit proof of my wife been in hospital and he just had a don't care attitude. I asked to speak to a director and he said she may not be available. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour and service! I advised him that on Monday I will send through a formal complaint and he just didn't care!! I will not step foot in Suncoast again and that I can assure you!!! U did not value your customers!!!</p>

Received feedback from Nicole who kept repeating about t' s and c 's which she then gave me examples about when u buy a car and they come with t' & c' that is why they have consumer protection act and ombudsman to protect the consumers against companies like you guys. However when I asked her what happens to the money I paid for the voucher she did not give me an answer. I advised her that Suncoast benefit from this and she still didn't give me an answer and all she ever spoke about was t & c..... doubt this position is for her since she cannot answer simple questions!! I now await to speak to a director for them to give me an answer... Can't wait !!
