Technical issues or greed new smoking area

Good morning I'm very disappointed I came to the casino at seven played more than 1200 h1303 in the new smoking area I got not a cent the machines got jammed guys in blue came. Taking god knows what out freezing machines while we playing is uncalled for clearly the machines have been tampered with I can't spend about 2000 in three hours and get not a cent you guys are a casino and shouldn't be sorting machine's while we playing yesterday was the same thing a whole 2000 I'm two hours thaya bull my lawyers I'll be on contract with you guys soon I'm a black card by the way so I do spend but no this morning was something else plus they gave free play and in the new smoking area same thing five others players yesterday again complaining about the machines in the new smoking eating our money with technical issues why open up another area if it has issues pure greed and I'm black card my birthday month and got nothing Card number *** black card imagine

II'm not happy at all I laid a complaint about two days of playing in the new smoking area and machines having technical issues and jaming loosing over 2000 a assistant manger calls me making me seem slow dump and retarded telling me the system does not affect the machines firstly I'm not stupid I have a law degree secondly I know that the casino doesn't guarantee me win I'm a black card member surely I got there not by chance but by spending money he then tells mw there's nothing he can do my argument is have those machines not been *****ed or not ready and jaming I could of got something maybe I feel like his been ****** as well cause his Indian and I'm not his speech and tone explaining to me like I'm a idiot telling me there's nothing he can do yet when Indian black card holders complain they get thousand of free play and taking facts not something I've sucked from the air customers is always right and I'm an unhappy one right now making me seem and feel stupid
