Suncoast management takes workers part instead of us VIP black cardholders

my parents and I are black card holders at suncoast casino, I have been issued a black card about a month ago, so today I have experience my worst incident at the casino, we went to the Prive to have a meal and the play as usual, firstly the waiter came to us took our order then went to get it approved, about 15 minutes later she said that they could authorize the food on my dad card and not Mines. So a guy came to tell me that he could not authorize because I was not playing and it shows on the system that someone notified me about this yet I only have the card for a month and I am totally clueless. About another 20 minutes later came Tina the host came to say that they declined the food because Mr Dhanraj is not present. Yet before they authorized when my mum was playing on the machine when my dad was not there, so at this point we where very unhappy at the fact that it took 40 minutes for this outcome, so Tina called the food and beverages supervisor Lucky Gumede to ask why, then lucky instead of apologizing he went to view the camera implying that we are lying instead of stating that they will deal with the waiter Pinky Ndlovu for taking so long, anyways Tina in more ways than one belittled us insinuating that we are ordering without the owner yet I have my card there and can order at this point she didn't even apologies for the delay (yet suncoast calls us VIP GUESTS), then Tina calls her Manager Tarryn who was rude and belittled us in front of Tina, she said the same thing over and over insinuating that we are dumb so I asked for the names of the people that I was dealing with. Tarryn in a high rude tone said that we are not entitled to those names and that the casino does not have to give us the names of the workers, I was furious then she called the food and beverages manager that gave the details. This is pathetic, yet we loose like 1000s and 1000s of rand and suncoast treats us in such a demeaning manner. I will and want to take this up further as for the first time in my life I was treated so badly. They are condemning that waiters make us stall for 40 minutes and treat us so badly. On top of this these same management authorises for other people yet screams at us and belittles us. Waiter assisted us is pinky ndlovu.
