Suncoast incident

On Saturday evening when leaving suncoast my elderly mother had fell over uneven tile skirting. She had broken her wrist and had severe injuries to her face. In the midst of this incident no suncoast staff of authority was anywhere to be found. I will commend the on staff nurse who assisted us but I felt like the staff of suncoast did not have much empathy towards my family. As a single mum with my elderly mother, suncoast staff couldn't even stay with us or help us to a near by hospital. My details were taken by the security guard but no one has contacted me. I email suncoast on Sunday hoping to hear some feedback or a genuine apology but till this day I have no response. I have tried to called HR but I can't get through to anyone. I feel that a place I share such fond memories and supported could have been more considerate towards my family. I'm hoping that this hello Peter post can get their attention. Thank you.
