Suncoast casino security harassing patrons

I was shocked at the security at suncoast casinos behaviour. My husband had a few drinks and just touched an employees hand asking her if she saw where his wife was playing. The employee there after lodged a complaint with head office that my husband touched her. He was then treated like a ******** and taken into security room harassed and banned for 1 year. This is ridiculous especially if someone had a few drinks. He didn't ***ually assault her. The employee overreacted and probably wanted attention. It's players like us that support the casino daily but as for the Indian lady in security she is one arrogant woman who just waits for the opportunity to get guards and attack frequent players. Suncoast casino treats there loyal patrons like trash. This is not the first time I saw this lady harass a patron I witness and innocent person who was also under the influence be escorted out of casino and be treated like a ******** yet it was not his fault. But his reaction was loud and that's because he was under the influence. The security at suncoast casino need to be reviewed and disciplined or more good patrons will not come to suncoast. The dignity of people are being abused by suncoast security. Even police don't behave like them. It's ********* and disgusting behaviour. We asked for the camera footage but the security refused to show us the footage. We have camera recordings of this incident and it will be broadcasted on social media if suncoast does not discipline there security staff and apologize . To the management of Suncoast casino I spend more money daily at your casino then the attention seeking employee and its the casinos loss. Next time treat patrons better instead of employee as customer is always right. I have never experienced this I was shocked and thought my husband ****** someone or assaulted someone. Instead it was something so silly and a person who had one to many to drink he didn't hurt or ***ually assault her he tapped her hand and this is how a patron gets treated. I say that's something that needs to be looked into or suncoast will lose many more loyal patrons.
