Security Issue

I was at Suncoast casino yesterday and left around 00:10 this morning, upon exiting, a silver honda cut in front of me whilst I was already in the circle and enroute to exit the premises. This silver honda NU65538 silver honda left the boom gates without giving the entrance slip to the guard on duty. I was in a white range rover. I asked the guard why didn't he ask the driver for the slip, so he responded that the guy works in Suncoast and he is going to be coming back just now. This vehicle pulled off at the circle towards the beachfront side and appeared to have followed me onto southern freeway. My concern is that shouldn't employees park at another section and not the main section. I called Suncoast security office today and only got a voicemail service and left a message, but no call received yet. What also is of concern is what's stopping ******* from taking peoples cars and leaving without the entrance slip. Does the security know everybody that's working there, is this normal protocol.
