Rude receptionist by Information Counter

I got there yesterday afternoon, there was a lady standing before me they were making stories with her, i had to wait for almost 30 minutes until they asked her if we together which she rep**** no and then one lady there just left embarrassed and the other receptionist or counter help starred at me and i spoke to her. today she is busy saying i was rude to her.. her job was to first nicely apologise to me for making me stand there while they making personal stories with a woman selling forever living products to them and greet me. i worked same job as them, i knew my role.she was totally unprofessional and claim i was the rude one for getting straight to the point about my being there!
