On 3 of September 2020 my husband and went to suncoast for his birthday and at there entrance at there check point we where ****** with there so called security who is well trained is located at but they couldn't hold up social distance.. N thy have camera footage showing how a male made story with guards. N was putting a show n guards did nothing about so in that time he dashes my husband n takes his phone out n leaves we ran after him n asked guards for help at first she said sorry shame. Like what's that so we was told open case which we did bare in mind its my husband birthday n they didn't give a dam made calls to suncoast management with heavy hearts after 10 days they sent me after saying they don't take responsibility for what happened we must take it up with insurance companies as if we have that phone was a contract as it was my husbands birthday as a gift and I couldn't afford insurance suncoast is a big company I'm sure if we where rich n had vip guest then they would of covered us all we wanted is our phone return as it was because of there security that was not doing what they where supposed to as having people stand 1.5 mtr apart which after this we saw they are doing now we are so heart broken that suncoast is so dangerous.. They said they don't expect blame to what happens at casino. To me I taught casino is safe as there is money involved there so now you get ****** and that's your problem...
