I made a booking through booking com, they booked me in Cascades resort sun city , I immediately cancelled my booking as I wanted to stay in Palace hotel, they sent me a confirmation that my booking was successful cancelled, for my surprise on sartuday I realized they took money from my account without me arriving in their hotel, I called them they never bothered checking the problem instead I was told there is nothing they will do thier system is faulty, shocking enough they deducted on my account again, instead of them refunding me they deducted again , do they have proper systems in place. I can't wait for 3 days for my money because of thier careless mistakes. If you don't need problems stay away from sun coast hotels ,they don't know the meaning of client services, they don't value client, they will treat you as if they are making you a favour by booking you in thier hotels. Can someone refund me my money urgently
