On the 8th of February 2019, I was playing on the roulette tables in the smoking casino when I placed a pink chip (R1000.00) on the table to make a bet and this chip got ****** off the table in front of the dealer who clearly saw me leaving the pink chip (R1000.00) there as he had paid me out on a his recent spin which paid me another pink chip (R1000.00). Where he spun again and landed on a black number ( which meant they had to pay me again) i then realised that my pink chip was ****** off the table. I queried this and i was informed that the camera footage clearly shows me placing my bet and someone else taking my pink chip off the table while the roulette ball was spinning. The also confirmed that the camera footage shows that i should have been paid out another pink chip (R1000.00) on the ****** bet but guess what, with all evidence showing that I had done nothing wrong but play a game hosted by Suncoast Casino, they refused to pay me out on my winnings, and not only that but they also refused to pay me out my pink chip (R1000.00) that i used to place the bet and got ****** on their tables where they are hosting me as a customer. All they said is that they are launching an investigation and they will contact me however they need to first find the person that stole the chip off their tables. I feel its unfair for me to suffer for Suncoast Casino's unsafe gambling environment.

To date, im still to hear when i can come get my initial investment and my winnings.
