Real deal theft alert

I have experienced many lows at suncoast but this has to take the cake. On February 2nd 2020 I purchased a real deal voucher , 02807. I was made aware that I can't use it to watch a movie. I paid for my movie and made my way to the casino bar, the bartender asked me for my voucher, I handed him my voucher booklet and he ********** the incorrect voucher, instead of drinks voucher, he took out the movie voucher. Today I wanted to go to enjoy a movie only to realise that I was a victim of theft... Shame on your staff. Whether it was a honest mistake or not is yet to be proven. How will you resolve this?

Last year my vehicle was damaged on your property, Suncoast said to me that there wasn't any camera coverage in the area that I parked in

I want a solution. I have proof that I did not use this voucher and that the incorrect voucher was taken off . To date suncoast behaving like the ******* that they are haven't even attempted to make contact with me and judging by the other complaints, they will not respond. F#*%#*# *******!
