REAL DEAL

I bought a Real Deal Voucher, suncoast has been closed since lock down, when I approached them a few days ago they said I had until the 13 of August to use the Voucher and they had informed the public of this via sms and email as well as radio. I have not received any communication from suncoast in regards to my real deal Voucher and I insist on a proper explanation as my money is involved and I'm not prepared to waste my Vouchers.
