Poor suncoast service over promised and under delivered

It was my anniversary on Sunday the 17-03-2019

I bought the real deal combo which was my worse decision I went to la Rosa and stood outside a line for 35 minutes waiting to be seating they later from there comes to us and say that they are out of steak we said of we will have fish we waiting another 5 to 10 minutes and then a man from there comes and say that they are really busy in the kitchen and not sure how long it would take to get a seat however there were too many available seat inside and this has all been happening from something to 7pm until past 8 pm we got tired of satandingvamd waiting for a meal to be served we went to mythos however they made us sit inside and wait for 15 minutes then tell us that they only have vegetables for the real deal we woke up and went to John Dorrys and just took anything as we was really hungry and disappointed with the pathetic service we then went to watch captain marvel and took out popcorn combos into the cinema halfway through the movie the screen goes blank and off for 20 minutes we sat and got fed up and walked away as we went for the 10:30 pm show and had a really bad experience with suncoast real deal vouchers it’s like nobody cared we paid even for the movie and couldn’t end up watching it really disappointed with sun coast casino and management and restaurants there’s like no seriousness even the male took toilet in the casino and and by the food court were so dirty while the cleaner stands there and chill with his colleagues i look forward in feedback on this as I rate the service and experience a 0
