Poor service

I would like to express my disappointment with level of safety of clients in suncoast casino. I am regular client black card holder. Suncoast closes at 4 am after I lost all my money I had a problem with limit to request Uber home. I went outside the door still was chased by security to go outside the premises. I came back to request access to use ATM was declined access. After I explained to security that I was trying to set my limit so I can be able to withdraw. That putting my life at risk cause it means I must go to town in central which is a high risk area. I real don't understand why clients are not valued and safety not considered. All casino now open 24/7 if they closing at 4 am why not locked your doors but keep your clients on the premises. Some of us stay in the townships even when you driving your own car they chase you out. I am not sure what the service level agreement with contract security but they are heartless. There are procedures that need to be followed but also common sense care and concern need to apply. They won't be suncoast or contract security without clients.
