Poor Customer Service

I went to the Cashiers 3 times with my card and they advised me that it was working but the technician on the machines said it wasn't and that I must go to the kiosk - Only one Customer Service kiosk open on a Sunday, the queue was out the door - nobody seemed to care either - very bad service - won't go back, would rather drive through to Sibaya!!!
