Pathetic customer service

Most pathetic service ever there are over a 100 people in the que and you self service stations are turned off and you have 1 staff member working, I have photographic proof. We get here early to watch a movie at 8:15 GET in que at 730 and guess what it's 8 26 and I'm still in movie que. Pathetic service
