Non-players no longer welcomed

Its no longer the best Casino an should be voted in the Daily News as such. Just compare it to a top casinos like Emperors Palace. The customer focus and satisfaction is changing to mainly cater for players only, to the detriment of non-players and partners or family or friends of of players. This change is consumer dissatisfaction became apparent after the recent upgrade of Suncoast. So if only casino players were the only patrons, its anybody's guess what would happen to both the casino business and the other shops and restaurants in this establishment. Many elderly partners and patrons, who are often accompanied with kids don't even have decent, comfortable seating in and around the casino. The seating is so LIMITED. All they have is about 6 hard wooden benches in the building outside the casino. There are some concrete benches outside the building. This is totally disappointing and unkind to the sort of non-players mentioned. Often elderly parents have to wait for their movie to start, or wait for their playing partner or family or friend. This uncomfortable seating does not cater of the number of patrons who need to sit or wait for someone or something amenity. Where it's gone worse, is that the Prive Casino area is like for players ONLY. The recent Prive evening invitation event which included snacks was a total DISASTER, with non-players not being served snacks and being treated very rudely. A recent similar invitation event open mentions 'its for players only', and 'partners not allowed', where only players will be served snacks. Whatever happened to the old, customer-focused Suncoast. Note, non-players, you are being watched and monitored. You are not longer welcomed like before. Think again before you vote for Suncoast as the best Casino.
