Management treats staff badly

i dont think this is the right platform i need to be venting my complaint but i think the public should know what staff have to put up with.I resigned from work on the 4th August 2015 having worked for the company for almost 8 years all i asked for was a motivation letter from our HOD MR Nick Chapman.He promised to have it ready before i left the country on my new adventure.I still await my letter that i dont think ill ever get because i was not one of his favourite people.Due to management been ***** also leads staff to be unhappy which slso leads to grumpy customers.Well i dont blame staff if the head of department is a person who can lie and cannot write a simple motivation letter for someone who has never been late and had a pretty excellent record at the time.Very dissapointed that his a leader.Not only will the company keep losing good experienced staff they will also lose people who are regularly on time and at work which will affect the business.As i said im not in SA so ill give yourll my international number if yourll want to respond or email me.
