I Paid behalf of Suncoast Casino R102

I am writing to report a bad experience I had at Suncoast casino. I visited the place in February 23, So I played at a machines as usually on the same one everytime, today 26th May 23 I decided to go and before I could play my card was block, I took it at the front counter they called the security after thy checked my card the security took me to a camera room they not telling whats going on... Waited 15mins a Guy and Lady came inside, So I asked?? They answered... Basically in "Feb" a Lady was playing on a mechine and when she was done she removed her suncoast card and left, I went played on that machine... So they say her money R102.00 was still on the same machine and wasn't moved to her card??? Not sure how much of this is true and not knowing if its true or they don't even have proof of this happening, I had to pay for something that I don't know if I did the right thing or not only thing I have is a invoice saying unclaimed gift R102.
