Harrasment & High Movie Prices
My family and I visited Suncoast on Saturday, 16/04/2016, where we purchased tickets to watch a movie at 14.30. Firstly, it seems that everytime that I visit to watch a movie, the price seems to be increasing at a very fast rate - it now seems pointless being a card holder if I don't receive a decent discount! Secondly, whilst waiting in the movie area my Mum and I were approached by a begger who practically harassed us for money after we told him that we don't have anything to give to him and don't carry cash on us - this is not the first time that we have been approached by beggers within your complex. Enough is enough Suncoast!!! Suncoast is suppose to be an entertainment complex which people visit in order to have a pleasant and enjoyable experience, yet you allow beggers on the premises to harass your patrons?

We ensure that a close eye is kept on this and we do deal with the issues as they arise as it affects our guests' overall experience.
If you do identify any loiterrs/ beggars, please request to speak to the Security Duty Manager who can further investigate the matter and take action if required.
