DNA Suncoast Casino selling reject items - BOSS to busy to call or deal with sabotage

Suncoast Casino Supposed to be a tourist attraction a place many people visit when they are on holiday at suncoast. We expect the shops at Suncoast Casino to be LEGIT and sell Original Quality Items. However DNA at Suncoast Casino is selling reject items. Items that not even are sold on the street. I have pictures of everything that can be provided. So when contacted i spoke to Sle who at first decided to send me a picture of the shoes and how it supposed to look , i then i asked if she can see that both legs donot look the same on my pictures , aswell as that 1 leg was cut and repaired she then advised she can see and will show her boss and her boss will call me this was on the 04/01/2023 , waited for the boss to call the entire day - SLE then says her boss is busy. Waiting today the 05/01/2023 still no call. Then called SLE who said to me her BOSS is a busy man and he will call me regarding a Refund -- still no call even though she said her manager will call. I will not recommend anyone purchase from DNA Suncoast as they don't care of they customers they are selling items where you are not getting what you paid for and then gives you a don't care attitude when you raise it. I did not get the Item for free my money was used , now its my time and embarrassment as people are making a joke of me using 2 different legs shoes. I will be taking this even further. SUNCOAST YOU SUPPOSED TO HAVE LEGIT SHOPS BUT I SEE THAT YOU HAVE SHOPS AT SUNCOAST THAT I SELLING RECHECKED. THIS BRINGS DOWN THE NAME OF SUNCOAST. HOW CAN TOURISM OR HOLIDAY MAKERS PURCHASE FROM YOUR SHOPS
