Damp seat and bad odour

Booked a movie at suncoast ... amazing size cinema ... whilst getting seated I realised that my seat was damp and so are all the other seats and the stench of dampness saturates the entire cinema , spoiling the atmosphere and finding it rather difficult to enjoy the movie .... very disappointing ... wont find me here again
