Complaint

Theres a lady by the name of Smangele Nzuza working at Suncoast info desk where they sell the promo called Real deal. As some who has been going 2 suncoast for more than 10 years I shocked 2 have received the service I have received 2day. She 1st said my card has declined while I recieved an SMS to show the payment she then said it's a common error and that I should pay again as it will be reversed in the next 24 hours. She asked me 2 leave my details so they can contact me. I then sat to enjoy a movie I had paid 4 then I recieved an SMS from a friend saying that a woman by the name of Smangele Nzuza had sent her my details including personal details such account number and pin number now I'm very disappointed in knowing that Suncoast would keep staff like dat I will be taking the matter further as it is ********* of Suncoast to share such clients information
