Casino Comps Food and Beverages

Their system regarding their food and beverages comps on their black card status is disgusting . A friend of mine spent nearly R4k one evening and they could not even give a coke or coffee or even mineral water. Seriously how much does that cost. This is in general casino not prive.!!!
