Bad Service and Rude staff members

I am truly disappointed with the treatment I got from one of your security management. She said her name is Nonhlanhla. I purchased a real deal ticket and I had a doggy bag with me because I didn't finish my food. She stated that I wasn't allowed to go into the casino with the food and when I asked that she at least put my food in the reception so that I can enter and have my drink she was just plain rude to me and told me it wasn't her problem that I had food with me and I must just see where I put it,she even rolled her eyes at me. I ended up not having my casino drinks which I paid for just because I didn't know that food was not allowed in. I am so disappointed at the way your staff treated me and I was ****** off a service that I was supposed to utilize. Kindly assist with this matter urgently. I am not happy at all. Your staff should respect all customers young or old
