Bad customer service from Box Office

We went to get the real deal offer that they had and we were not aware that it does not work on Saturday. How ever as soon as we asked about it we got rude response from the guy that was servicing there, instead of explaining to us that it does not work on Saturday, he rudely said you know how it works.
