Bad Customer experience

<p>I was booked at the hotel and I went down to the restaurant to have supper on 2017-05-22 and the waiter came and took my order,I ordered a Samoosa Platter and topped up with chips for R25 as stated in their menu. I ate and and I was about to sign for the bill I noticed that the chips were charged for R35..upon questioning,the waiter was called and she said she gave me the expensive chips because the R25 chips are so small,she did that without advising me of the obtions available to me.The managed on duty was there with another lady and they did nothing to correct the error,which left me with no choice but to pay for them...off late their service is so poor and you have to wait for an hour to get your food...I am very dissapointed in the service received...</p>
