2 hour wait for parking

Sun coast only care about money and not people... on the 15th October 2022 there was a Diwali fair held at your premises. I waited more than 1 and half hours for a parking space.... Common Sense must be used next time you have an event there, if you actually care about people... If the parking area was full. Simply close off the parking area and inform people.. Cars were parked contra flow Cars were parked on pavements Even thou I was waiting for a parking , I had another car block me in and he stole my parking space. There was no security in the parking lot. I even called for security... no one came 2 help.. Sun Coast should have had park and ride systems.. You guys should have allowed people to park in the grass opposite. And added lights. .. The food court was packed... not enough chairs... My family waited for me... as I waited out side in my car.... I ate cold food... If you guys closed off. The parking i could have parked outside and taken a cab to suncoast. ... that would have been better than waiting 1.5 hours in the parking lot... and missing the entertainment....
