10Kwh Lithium Ion Batteries Massive Sale 40% OFF R22,000.00. I orders and paid for one of these and 2 Canadian Solar panels. Invoice and payment details issues immediately on receipt of order. Got a waybill after struggling to get any communications out of them. Courier could not pick up parcel at 3 attempts because they were nor ready or did not answer their phone. After a days more wattsup messages and calls the parcel was picked up and delivered the next day. The panels are new and in one piece but the "new" battery was not in a box just bubble wrapped. Apon close inspection and the smell of aerosol spray paint it was clear that this is an old resprayed battery, lots of sprayed over dents and scratches. I Wattsapped sales immediately and he wanted to see pictures to report to his supervisor. I asked for a refund or a new battery. Dont expect to hear from them again or get a refund and will report this to the SAP ***** unit. Be Careful and avoid this lot.
