Terrible service and shocking attitude to clients

Hi Nonhlanhla,<br> As discussed, you have failed to meet your obligation in terms of installation of the skylights. Your attitude has been dismal - you have been unapologetic and rude. You have **** to me consistently through the day and I now have no alternative but to cancel the entire order and insist that the deposit be repaid immediately.<br> <br> Note that you had agreed to have the guys install the 3 medium and 1 large skylight on 17 September 2015. They would (according to you) be at my home at 10h00. After phoning you consistently throughout the day, you confirmed at 14h45 that the guys were 10 minutes away and the skylights would be installed.<br> <br> The guys arrived at my home at 16h30, with only 1 skylight. You have not answered my cell calls to your number and refused to speak to me on the phone, blaming the installers and taking no responsibility for the fact that you had not arranged the day correctly.<br> <br> I will definitely NOT be recommending Sunbird Skylights to anyone.
