Breach of contract continued

Subsequent to canceling my order with Nhlanhla, her boss called me the following day to explain that there was no stock in Cape Town and that they were wanting to install one of the four ordered skylights to attempt to keep me as a client (while holding onto the full deposit). He agreed that it was impossible to complete the order in the timeframe agreed by his staff member Nhlanhla and preferred to refund me the full deposit paid.<br> <br> Nhlanhla then contacted me via sms 3 days later to inform me that the deposit (less 10% handling fee) we be repaid. I have reiterated that this is not acceptable as this is not what was agreed.<br> <br> I strongly urge anyone to NOT deal with this company - they don't have stock readily available, are unreliable and do not stick to their agreements.<br> <br> I have made it clear that I will be taking this matter further should the full deposit not be refunded.
