Worst service ever and no concerns from management

Played horses on Saturday at your useless branch at Carnival city. Why should one wait an hour for your pay out??? And the staff needs training in customer service as it sucks!! But needless to say this is yet another complaint about this branch and never have I received a call from management hence the poor service from your staff as management are setting the tone !
