Withdrawal sms or voucher pin nothing fr 2 weeks now

On the 7 Feburary 2025 at 15:51 ido withdrawal of R4000 , from there till today no sms no voucher pin nothing itry to call them they said they are waiting feedback to Nedbank i call and send email to Nedbank the said no voucher under my number was made idnt knw what going on but ism still waiting for my money @ sunbet
